PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Douglas Company has been engaged in preconstruction services on this new student housing project located in Orlando, FL and we would like to invite you to participate in the construction of this project. The project consists of site work, two (2) new buildings totaling 252 units, and one new six (6) story parking garage between the two buildings.

Please provide a detailed firm price proposal for all activities related to your trade as per the Bid Documents provided in the link below.

PROJECT INFO: 
  • Site: 3.22 Acres
  • Building: 273,575 Gross SF
  • Number of stories: 5
  • Number of units: 252
  • NOTE: Expected project site work start date of May 2025.
  • NOTE: Project will have a duration of 23 months.
  • NOTE: Jobsite walkthrough scheduled for Tuesday February 4th, 2025 from 1pm - 4:30pm.
  • NOTE: Owner contract will be a GMP. Subcontracts will be Lump Sum.
  • NOTE: This will not be a HUD project.
  • NOTE: This will not be a prevailing wage project.
  • NOTE: Submit any questions you may have in writing.
  • NOTE: Prepare your bid as per plans and specifications. Voluntary VE options are to be listed separately from your base proposal.
