As the general contractor on this $43.4 million project—and our third collaboration with developer Discovery Management Group—we are honored to have played a key role in bringing this vision to life alongside Architectural Concepts, Inc.
Choreograph Gainesville spans an impressive 252,188 square feet and features two elegant four-story apartment buildings connected by a distinctive bridge. The community offers 180 thoughtfully designed apartment homes, with a variety of spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans (complete with dens) that cater to the dynamic lifestyle of today’s active adults.
Residents will enjoy a resort-style environment complete with an array of luxurious amenities. Highlights include:

Construction commenced in October 2022 and reached completion in December 2024. Throughout this period, The Douglas Company diligently managed every aspect of the project, from including risk management and implementing innovative value engineering solutions. These efforts resulted in upholding the highest standards of quality and design integrity. Our team also adapted key infrastructure elements—redesigning fire water lines, irrigation systems, and gutter layouts—and worked closely with the Interior Designer to seamlessly execute evolving design revisions.
