All American Assisted Living at Tinton Falls was The Douglas Company’s ninth project with owner, Kaplan Development Group, LLC. This assisted living and memory care community is located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. It spans an impressive 58,000 square feet with a 1,200 square foot courtyard in the memory care wing. Of the 58 units in the facility, 45 of them are designated for assisted living residents while 13 are for memory care residents. Breaking it down even further, there are 3 ADA accessible units in the memory care area and 7 ADA accessible units in the assisted living area. Designed by EGA Architects, All American Assisted Living at Tinton Falls offers a quality senior living experience to its residents with a vast array of amenities including a double-sided fireplace, salon and beauty parlor, bistro, and media room. Additional features include a putting green, a dog run area, a gorgeous courtyard space, and a rehabilitation center. The photos for the project were completed by Sokol & Co Photo.
Construction on All American Assisted Living at Tinton Falls kicked off in May of 2022. The project completed in the early summer of 2024, with a final contract value of $16,389,947.49 As the sole general contractor for this assisted living and memory care project, The Douglas Company hired and coordinated nearly all subcontractors, including but not limited to: sitework, concrete, MEP, fire suppression, metal framing, roofing, siding, elevator, and finishes.
