When we get to this stage in the Integri-D Process, rest assured that the finish line is in sight. While we're working away on our multi-page closeout checklist and pre-punch, you can start making plans for ribbon-cuttings and all the pomp and circumstance that your project deserves. Our clients can truly rest easy, having peace of mind that we're on their side, getting things ready for them to take the reigns on their community and for residents to move in. Just like every other aspect of construction, at The Douglas Company, we've developed a process for Turnover and Post-Construction that leaves clients satisfied.

》Provide operating and maintenance manuals.

》Secure and assemble warrantees and guarantees.

》Provide check-out of equipment.

》Instruct personnel in equipment and operating and maintenance procedures.

》Implement close-out procedures and ensure requirements are met. 

》Assist the owner in the enforcement of warranties and guarantees. 

》Conduct 11-month walk-through with the owner to capture and resolve any open warranty issues.

It's our belief that discipline and checklists, with time activated goals, are the best route to consistent and efficient results.
